Chad talks about how the move has allowed the team to better detect and reduce fraud, given us more flexibility to customize pricing and offers a tip on getting accepted into eBay Partner Network.

After the implementation of value-based ACRU pricing, the number of affiliates qualifying for the top payout tiers increased by 80 percent, while the number in the bottom payout tiers decreased by 86 percent.
