ePN TV: Erin Stoner Talks Customer Support

This week we’re excited to introduce the newest member of our eBay Partner Network Team, Erin Stoner. She will be our Global Customer Support Lead and her job is to make sure that our valued Publishers are getting the care, attention and answers they need when they open a support ticket.

“I’ve noticed that the Publisher is the number one goal,” says Stoner. “They are the one thing that everyone here works toward, and I think that really speaks to ePN itself – that we’re focused around our customers mainly.”
