For the better part of 2012 we have been working hard to make improvements to our Customer Support services here at eBay Partner Network. Earlier this year we brought Erin Stoner on to lead our CS team and she has streamlined our process and made it easier for publishers to receive effective and efficient support.
In this episode of ePN TV, Erin talks to Saquib Pasha, our Marketplace Liaison, about these enhancements as well as the best ways to open a support request should the need arise for our publishers.
