Sub-Affiliate Networks

EPN requires written approval for this promotional method.

We are excited to be working with you. Promoting eBay through Sub-affiliates, Distribution Partners or Ad Networks requires approval (as described in our Network Agreement). We need you to provide answers to the following questions:

Prior to submitting the Sub-Affiliate Networks Application please confirm you are seeking approval to promote ebay through agents such as sub-affiliates, sub-publishers, distribution partners or other similar third-party relationships.

Describe your business model and how long you have been in business. Additionally, provide details around your services and what makes you a value-added EPN partner. *

Approximately how many sub-affiliates are in your network? *

What metrics and drivers do you use to measure and compensate your sub-affiliate partners? *

We require a phased integration (no more than 25 sub-affiliates during a preliminary phase). We require each entity have its own assigned Campaign ID within your EPN program. Is this something you’ll be able to do? *

Please provide the URLs of the initial 25 sub-affiliate partners that you would like to integrate. (These will be reviewed by Network Quality for content and compliance with EPN Network Agreement. *

Describe your vetting process for new sub-affiliates and your monitoring process for existing ones. Provide a copy of the sub-affiliates User Agreement. Provide details around how you handle non-compliant sub-affiliates and repeat offenders. *

Please provide examples of reports you’ll be able to periodically share with EPN to assist our Network Quality team in auditing the publisher’s systems (e.g., registration or monitoring reports). *
